The staff displayed amazing hospitality. They efficiently attended to numerous customers and their diverse needs. They consistently wore smiles and were ready to assist, regardless of their department. I was particularly impressed by Muhammad Ali, who cleaned my room daily, and the barista who prepared my coffee.
The room lacked soundproofing. I could clearly hear neighbors chatting on their balconies late at night. The noise made it difficult to sleep.
